WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Communication technologies like email and text messaging very nearly killed off the business phone call during the last decade, but even as desk-top phones continue to disappear, the voice call is beginning to make a comeback, according to The Wall Street Journal.
Smartphones and computer-based phone calls are helping the voice-based business call make a comeback.
