More Westchester Companies Using Personality Assessments In Hiring

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – More companies nationally, including some in Westchester County and New York City, are using personality tests to make hiring decisions, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Several people interviewed by The Wall Street Journal complained that they spent time taking such tests, and either “failed” or received an email that they had thought too carefully about their responses.

One man interviewed said he received an email that the system suspected he had rushed through his responses, according to The Wall Street Journal.
