Pleasantville CrossFit Business Celebrates 1-Year Anniversary

The business opened at 72 Memorial Plaza with owners and longtime friends Tommy Carter and John Nannariello.

CrossFit combines all elements of exercise, including endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, balance, accuracy and agility. Carter and Nannariello are CrossFit certified and are the lead trainers at the business.
