Children's Book Festival Returns To Chappaqua School

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- The Chappaqua Children's Book Festival returns to Robert Bell Middle School on Saturday.

More than 85 children's book authors and illustrators will participate.

CCBF will feature crafts, gift giveaways, balloon twisting, airbrush tattoos, a musical instrument "petting zoo," a dance party by Hal Prince, Shiny Penny Chemistry with Regeneron and more. 

The festival will also include a Food for Thought court with regional food trucks and the sixth annual Great Chappaqua Bake Sale.

"Pinkalicious" author Victoria Khan will sign books from 1-4 p.m. 

The Mike Risko Band will perform from 12:30-1:15 p.m. 

Magic shows will take place at noon, 1:30 and 3 p.m.

Admission is free for the rain-or-shine event. The festival runs from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. 

Robert E. Bell Middle School is at 125 S. Greeley Ave.
