The Lift Up Autism fundraiser was held at more than 650 crossfit gyms across the country. After making a donation, athletes were given five minutes to perform as many rounds and repetitions of specific exercises as possible.

Each round consisted of 4 Power Cleans, 24 Double-Unders (having the rope pass twice beneath your feet for each jump) and 10 Pull-Ups. The event culminated in the athletes having a barbecue.
