Mount Pleasant Library Presents Photography Exhibit On Africa

MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. -- The Mount Pleasant Public Library will present the photography exhibit, “Africa: A Multitude of Wonders from Botswana, Namibia, Rwanda and Tanzania," by local photographer Karen Ann Sullivan, running until Thursday, July 28, in the Main Library.

The exhibit will feature topography, climate, flora, fauna and inhabitants of four African countries.

The exhibit will feature topography, climate, flora, fauna and inhabitants of four African countries. It will be open to the public during regular library hours.

The program will take the audience on a journey to the Virunga Mountains in Rwanda, the Serengeti in Tanzania, the Chobe River in Botswana, and Etosha National Park in Namibia through photographs and story sharing, according to the library.

“Documenting nature and sharing it with others is my life’s work and passion,” Sullivan said.

This program is sponsored by the Mount Pleasant Public Library.
