VALHALLA, N.Y. – Here is a list of what’s set to take place this week around Mount Pleasant, including government meetings and community happenings.

Monday, Sept. 10

Westlake High School PTA Meeting: 6:30 p.m. The Westlake High School PTA will meet Monday.  A meeting of the Executive Board will begin at 6:30 p.m., with the regular meeting scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. 825 Westlake Drive, Thornwood.

Mount Pleasant Town Board Meeting: 8 p.m. The Mount Pleasant Town Board will hold a regular public meeting Monday at the Town Hall Court Room in Valhalla. 1 Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla.

Tuesday, Sept. 11

Sept. 11 Ceremony: 7 p.m. Westchester County will hold a 9/11 remembrance ceremony at the Kensico Dam Plaza in Valhalla. Broadway, Valhalla

Board of Education Work Session: 6 p.m. The Valhalla Union Free School District Board of Education will hold a public work session at the district office. 316 Columbus Avenue, Valhalla.

Wednesday, Sept. 12

Board of Education Work Session: 7:30 p.m. The Mount Pleasant Central School District Board of Education will hold a public work session at the district office. 825 Westlake Drive, Thornwood.

Thursday, Sept. 13

Columbus Elementary School Back-to-School Night: 7 p.m. Back-to-school night for parents in Columbus Elementary School will take place on Thursday. 580 Columbus Avenue, Thornwood.

Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting: 8 p.m. The Mount Pleasant Zoning Board of Appeals will host a regular meeting at Town Hall in Valhalla. 1 Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla.
