Floorworks Deluxe Course: 9:15 a.m. The Mount Pleasant Recreation Department will host a floor works deluxe course at the Mount Pleasant Community Center with instructor Margaret Cunzio. Admission is $3, 125 Lozza Drive, Valhalla.
Saturday, Aug. 11
Hands on Gardening: 11 a.m. Lend a hand in the Stone Barns Center’s various crop fields and get a taste of what’s currently growing. Admission is $10, 630 Bedford Road, Pocantico Hills.
Make Your Own Beer with Brooklyn Brew Shop: 1 p.m. Learn how to brew your own beer from the confines of your home kitchen at the Stone Barns Center. Admission is $40, 630 Bedford Road, Pocantico Hills.
Sunday, Aug. 12
Livestock Tour: 1 p.m. Take an inside tour of the many animals of the Stone Barns Center. Admission is $10, 630 Bedford Road, Pocantico Hills.
