Friday, Sept. 7

Toddler Time: 10:15 a.m. The Mount Pleasant Public Library in Pleasantville will host a free story time for toddlers. 350 Bedford Road.

Preschool Story Time: 11 a.m. The Mount Pleasant Public Library in Pleasantville will host a free story time for preschool children. 350 Bedford Road.

Saturday, Sept. 8

Pleasantville Farmers Market: 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Fresh fruits, vegetables and other goods will be available to purchase from various vendors at the Pleasantville farmers market. Memorial Plaza, Pleasantville.

Yard Sale: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. A Pleasantville home is having a yard sale. 28 Summit Place.

“A Cat in Paris”: Noon. The Jacob Burns Film Center in Pleasantville will show the animated feature film “A Cat in Paris” as part of its Movies for Kids series. 364 Manville Road, Pleasantville.

Hebrew School Open House: 11 a.m. The Pleasantville Community Synagogue will hold an open house for prospective members. 219 Bedford Road.
