Local Restaurateur Opens Second Eatery In Tarrytown

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- Local restaurateur Hassan Jarane opened Pik Nik, his second restaurant in Tarrytown, last month, according to The Journal News.

Pik Nik serves barbecue items, such as pulled Pik Nik shoulder, beef brisket, fried and smoked chicken, smoked sausage, St. Louis ribs and Southern-themed desserts, The Journal News reported. 

Located in a former deli, the restaurant features a daily specials menu with smoked meats, such as wild board, turkey wings, salmon and porchetta, The Journal News said.

Jarane also owns Mint Premium Foods, reported The Journal News.
