The intent is to cultivate a truly seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine, with ingredients sourced from the Hudson Valley and New England, whenever possible.

The restaurant touts down-to-earth food - haute french cuisine with Asian accents - and a contemporary country feel.

The inn features two dining rooms, two full bars, and a candle-only illuminated wine cellar for private dining.
