Four agents who recently joined ERA Insite’s sales team shared their thoughts about the county and why they love living here and helping buyers find the homes of their dreams here.

According to Joseph Pegna, a Hawthorne resident and licensed agent associated with ERA Insite’s Thornwood office, Westchester County has it all, regardless of your age. “Young and the young at heart can find all they desire,” he said. “From fantastic entertainment and nightlife, to tranquil parks, trails and award-winning schools, Westchester is the only place I will call home.”

For Rehanna Ebrahim, the county’s diverse range and selection of listings makes finding the right home easy. “I love that my clients can find anything they want here and not have to look anywhere else,” said Ebrahim, who is affiliated with ERA Insite’s White Plains office. “Most of my free time is spent driving around the Westchester area looking at homes in different neighborhoods,” she shared. “I’m guilty of wishing that I owned some of the properties I see.”

“Westchester has an incredible range of services, amusements and cuisines, and New York City is half an hour away,” said Richard Sauerhaft, a new agent in the Bronxville office. “When friends visit from out of state, they are blown away by what Westchester has to offer.”

A lifelong county resident, Sauerhaft is an avid golfer and has played rounds at courses across the country. “I have played golf since I was growing up in Armonk,” he said. “I was a Westchester County High School Open champion and have run summer golf camps at Saxon Woods Golf Course and Dunwoodie Golf Course [local county courses].” Sauerhaft is also a member at Leewood Golf Club in Eastchester.

Saleem “Sal” Naber, a Yonkers resident and associate broker with 17 years of Westchester County real estate experience, recently joined ERA’s Bronxville office. His fluency in English, Spanish and Arabic has allowed him to represent buyers and sellers across the county’s diverse population.

For these agents who’ve recently made the decision to join ERA Insite Realty, deciding on which brokerage to partner with was easy. “ERA Insite felt like an extension of home,” said Pegna. “They have such a friendly and knowledgeable staff that makes my job even easier.”
