What's Happening This Weekend in Mount Pleasant

MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. – Kids movie night, a Lacrosse Clinic and an orchestra concert highlight weekend events in Mount Pleasant.

Friday

-Kids Movie & Pizza Night, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Bring the kids to the Clinton Street Center in Pleasantville for a  night of pizza and a movie.  The cost of admission is $10 and the movie being shown will be the award winning animated film Rango, starring the voice of Johnny Depp.

Saturday

-Insiders Tour, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Take an intimate tour of the many facilities of the Stone Barns Center in Pocantico Hills. The tour begins in the visitor’s center and goes through the livestock areas as well as greenhouses and planting fields. Admission is $15 for adults and $9 for children.

-Preseason Lacrosse Clinic, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Lacrosse clinic held at the Pleasantville High School for children in second through eighth grades. Hosted by the Pleasantville Boys Lacrosse program and the Pleasantville Dads' Club. Sunday

Chamber Music Concert, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Come out to the Pleasantville Presbyterian Church on Sunday for the final performance of the church’s Chamber Music Series. This Sunday will be a performance from the ensemble Prometheus. Admission is free.
