An accident that initially blocked two lanes on a stretch of southbound I-95 caused stop-and-go delays in Westchester Saturday afternoon.

The accident, reported at 1:30 p.m., was at Exit 19 (Playland Parkway) in Rye wth backups to Midland Avenue (Exit 22).
