Community Center Of Northern Westchester Needs Turkey Donations

BEDFORD, N.Y. -- The Community Center of Northern Westchester asks residents to donate frozen, whole turkeys, turkey breasts, whole chickens, roast beef, pork tenderloin or similar meats to provide a centerpiece for a family meal.

To help neighbors in need, Community Center of Northern Westchester collects and distributes special foods so families can prepare holiday meals and enjoy the spirit and warmth of Thanksgiving and the holidays in December.

This year, the Community Center is aiming to share key ingredients for these holiday meals with about 700 families who come to the pantry for these items.
