We will spotlight towns and villages that do the best job, as well as the worst performances for prepping roads between ice and snow, or clearing them afterward.

Are any state or county roads neglected or poorly maintained during storms by their transportation crews?

Finally, are there certain Westchester roads or highways that you think are particularly dangerous for motorists when the weather outside gets nasty? This can include during heavy rain or fog as well.
