Man Charged With Exposing Himself To Woman Behind Mount Kisco Restaurant

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- A retired Westchester County police officer assisted in apprehending a Mount Kisco man who allegedly exposed himself to a woman behind a restaurant on Tuesday night, according to officials.

 Divas Vasquez-Ramirez, 30,  allegedly approached a 19-year-old woman in the parking lot behind the Cosi restaurant at approximately 8:43 p.m. and exposed himself, police said. 

Mitchell Serlin, a retired county police officer and former canine handler who was assisting in a training exercise at the time, spotted a man fitting the description. He notified nearby officers who took Vasquez-Ramirez into custody and charged him with public lewdness, police said. 

Vasquez-Ramirez was held in lieu of $250 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on July 30, police said.
