A man lost control of his car and drove into the front porch of a Northern Westchester home, according to Peekskill Police.

The crash took place around 6:34 a.m., Thursday, at 1706 Westchester Ave., said Lt. John White.

The porch received minor damage, the car did not drive into the home, he added.

The driver, described as an elderly man, was treated at the scene.
