MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. Each week, there are public meetings held in the Town of Mount Pleasant. These meetings are a great way for residents to stay informed on recent developments in the town and become more involved in the community. Here is a list of what is scheduled for this week.
On Monday, the Mount Pleasant Planning Board will meet at 8 p.m. in the court room at Town Hall in Valhalla. On the agenda is a continued public hearing on approving a gasoline station convenience store on the corner of Memorial Drive in Hawthorne. There is also a new application to convert existing bay garages in Hawthorne to office space. For more information, residents should call 914-742-2327.
Tuesday, the Mount Pleasant Town Board will hold a public work session. The session will begin at 8 p.m. in Town Hall in Valhalla.
The Mount Pleasant Conservation Advisory Council will hold a public meeting Wednesday at 8 p.m. in the court room at Town Hall in Valhalla. No agenda has been posted yet for this meeting.
