Customers should expect delays of 5 to 10 minutes traveling into and out of Grand Central Terminal as a result of a medical emergency and a disabled train in the vicinity of 125th Street in Harlem, Metro-North announced at 8:52 a.m.
Metro-North is also cautioning customers to be careful on the ramps and platforms that may be covered with some snow.
