- The Mount Pleasant School District is asking taxpayers to fund major renovations in the district, especially at the Westlake High/Middle campus which hasn’t seen significant upgrades since the facilities were built in the 1960s and 1970s.
- A 19-year-old White Plains woman who survived a jump onto the Sprain Brook Parkway from an overpass on Tuesday is being treated at Westchester Medical Center.
- Greenburgh Police are searching for a female who reportedly used a child to steal a man's wallet from Momma Mia's Pizza on Tuesday, Oct. 14, officials said.
- The Centers for Disease Control has sent three members of its Ebola response team to Bellevue Hospital to provide support after a doctor tested positive for the virus on Thursday night.
