Pedestrian Hospitalized After Being Struck In Westchester

WESTCHESTER COUNTY N.Y. - Paramedics were called to the corner of North Avenue and Main Street in New Rochelle after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.

Police, fire and EMS crews were dispatched to the intersection at approximately 1:40 p.m. on Friday afternoon after the man could be seen being transported on a stretcher into the back of an ambulance.

The condition of the man who was struck was not immediately available.
