The market will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursdays through November at the Rockwood Hall area of Rockefeller State Park Preserve at the end of Route 117. This year's market will again be run by Hastings food writer Pascale Le Draoulec. Le Draoulec also runs famers markets in Hastings, Irvington and Chappaqua.

"We are all about promoting good health," Phelps Senior Vice President Daniel Blum said, "and good health starts with good food. The market was so popular last year, we wanted to continue to offer our staff and residents of the area convenient mid-week access to farm-fresh produce and other healthy foods."

Hospital officials were concerned earlier in the year that they would not be bringing back the market. The market is part of the hospital's Vitality Initiative, focusing on encouraging wellness.

Vendors in this year's market include True Food, Betsy Rich, Wright's Apple Farm, the Red Barn Bakery, Black Forest Flammkuchen Company, R&G Produce. the vintage Penny Lick Ice Cream cart, Clean Ridge Soap Company, and the Bronx Baking Company.

Parking for the farmers market will be available at the Rockwood Hall parking lot.
