  • Westchester will commemorate the 12th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks with a ceremony at the county's memorial at Kensico Dam in Valahlla.
  • A multi-car accident with one car in flames slowed traffic Monday on the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway just north of Farragut Avenue near Clarence Avenue in Hastings-on-Hudson.
  • Back to school activities will be held at The Westchester in White Plains on Sept. 7.
