Ramp Closure, Heavy Delays On Taconic State Parkway
OSSINING, N.Y. -- There are heavy delays on the Taconic State Parkway in both directions in the Ossining area late Wednesday afternoon as a result of fire department activity that has resulted in the closure of the Route 9A ramp.
