Information on the missing 16-year-old girl, the man who is believed to be accompanying her and the SUV they are believed to be in.

An alert has been issued asking for the public's help in the search for a missing 16-year-old Northern Westchester girl who is likely being accompanied by a man, according to the City of Peekskill Police Department.

Shalicia Desland is described as being black, 5-foot-3 and 110 pounds. She is likely with 19-year-old Caleb Isaac Schneider, who is described as white, 5-foot-11 with brown eyes. (See photos above.)

Schneider is operating a gold GMC Terrain SUV bearing New Mexico plates with the registration number LWC-606, police said.
