Shots Fired Report In Mount Pleasant Turns Out To Be False Alarm

MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. -- Mount Pleasant Police responded to a residence on Swanson Drive on Thursday afternoon after a report that shots may have been fired from a house but the report was unfounded.

Police contacted the homeowner who reported that the people inside had been playing a video game.

Officers left the scene at about 3:45 p.m.
