Cortlandt Town Court was canceled for Friday. The Town of Cortlandt also canceled recycling pickup on Friday.

Supervisor Linda Puglisi said more than a foot of snow has fallen in Cortlandt and delayed the opening of Town Hall until noon. Puglisi also declared a state of emergency for Cortlandt.

The Village of Ossining announced that snow emergency restrictions will remain in effect until Saturday, Feb. 15 at 6 p.m.

"The Ossining Police Department will continue to ticket and/or tow vehicles from Snow Emergency streets until the restriction is lifted," the police department said.
