Strong Wind Advisory Posted in Westchester

WESTCHESTER, NY--The National Weather Service has issued a strong wind advisory for all of Westchester County. 

Wind gusts of up to 40 MPH are possible throughout the region,say officials,especially near the coast and in higher elevations. 

Gusts may cause some downed teees and limbs, especially any that were weakened by the late October snowstorm. Authorities say scattered power outages are possible.
