MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. Each week, there are public meetings held in the Town of Mount Pleasant for residents to attend. These meetings are great ways for residents to learn about recent happenings in the town and also stay involved in the community. Here is a quick list of what is scheduled to take place this week.
- On Monday, the Mount Pleasant Central School District will hold a regular public work session at 7:30 p.m. in the district office in Thornwood. An agenda for this meeting is currently not available.
- Tuesday, the Mount Pleasant Town Board will hold a regular meeting at 8 p.m. in town hall in Valhalla. An agenda for this meeting is currently not available.
- The Mount Pleasant Conservation Advisory Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday at 8 p.m. at town hall in Valhalla. An agenda for this meeting is currently not available.
- Thursday, the Mount Pleasant Planning Board will hold a regular meeting at town hall in Valhalla at 8 p.m. The agenda for this meeting includes a proposed retaining wall on Marble Avenue in Thornwood, modifications to a warehouse on Saw Mill River Road in Hawthorne, and an application renew a special use permit for a gasoline filling station at an auto repair garage in Hawthorne.
