The majority of the outages are in Northern Westchester and Putnam.

A total of 2,991 in Northern Westchester and 1,325 are without power in Putnamat 8 a.m. Tuesday, according to NYSEG.

The Harvey School in Katonah is closed for a second straight day because of a power outage.

The Katonah-Lewisboro School District reopened Tuesday after power was out in four of its five schools on Monday.

At one point Monday, approximately one million were without power in the Northeast as a result of the windstorm. The number is now at about 100,000.

An estimated time for restoration has not been released.
