LoSacco, who was forced to close his remaining East Hanover shop last month, had his appearance rescheduled to April 6. He was already facing 32 summonses.

The East Hanover Health Department charged him with approximately 60 more  violations, which the East Hanover municipal judge read to him in court with his attorney this week, court officials told Daily Voice.

While there were "too many charges to list," court officials said some of the new charges pertain to records and administration (8:23A-1.13) and disease control (8:23A-1.9).

Daily Voice placed a call to the East Hanover Health Department for more information on Friday afternoon.

All of the dogs from the store were being treated for respiratory problems as of last month. Some of the dogs have found new homes thanks to Husky House, who was able to reunite Cavapoo Mia with her original buyer.
