Valhalla Man Denied Parole In Wife's Murder

VALHALLA, N.Y. -- A Valhalla man who is imprisoned for the murder of his wife in 1986 was denied parole recently, according to LoHud.com.

Andras Turcsan, 69, was convicted of second-degree murder after he paid Manuel Betancourt $3,000 to kill his wife, LoHud.com reported. 

Turscan isn't eligible for parole again until February 2017, LoHud.com said.
