Valhalla, Mount Pleasant Schools Will Have Delayed Openings Friday

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Valhalla Union Free School District and Mount Pleasant Central School District announced they will have three-hour delayed openings on Friday.

The districts made the announcement Thursday.
