YONKERS, N.Y. -- Valhalla's Andrew Maniglia, former deputy mayor of Yonkers has been charged with a felony count of unlawful surveillance, according to LoHud.com .
Clarkstown Police accused Maniglia, 56, of secretly videotaping an "intimate" encounter with a woman, LoHud.com reported.
Maniglia, who is connected with a New York City law firm was arraigned and bail was set at $1,000. He is due to appear in court again on Jan. 29, 2014, according to LoHud.com.
