Westlake Performs 'A Christmas Carol' This Weekend

MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. – This weekend, Westlake High School will hold its annual fall theater production with a performance of A Christmas Carol

The play will be performed in the auditorium at Westlake High School on Friday night at 8 p.m. and then again on Saturday with a matinee performance at 1 p.m. and an evening performance at 8 p.m.  Before the matinee performance Saturday, the group will hold a complimentary luncheon for senior citizens at the high school at 11:30 a.m. The performance is directed by Columbus Elementary School teacher Phil Cutrone.

The following students will play major roles in the performance: Sam Stein as Ebenezer Scrooge, Patrick McCabe as Bob Cratchit, Kevin Mesquita as Scrooge's nephew, Jordan Decker as the Ghost of Christmas Past, Liz Gottleib as the Ghost of Christmas Present, Dennis Cullen as the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come, Jake Frisbie as Jacob Marley's Ghost, Andrew Mesquita as young Scrooge, Bailey Fillmore as Scrooge's tragic sister Fan, Nina Veljovic as young Scrooge's lost love Belle and Larry Gardner as Tiny Tim.
