Adeline C. Pascocello, 102, Worked For Grasslands Hospital In Valhalla

VALHALLA, N.Y. - Adeline Cecilia Pascocello died Sept. 24. She was 102.

Pascocello was born in Dobbs Ferry, to Pasquale and Antonetta Connola. She attended Dobbs Ferry High School and Manhattan School of Dental Assistants. As a dental assistant, she worked at Grasslands Hospital in Valhalla and later became supervisor of dental assistants in the Dental Utilization Program at Columbia University. She volunteered at the New York Botanical Garden, the Allamanda Garden Club in North Port, Florida, and the United Hebrew Geriatric Center in New Rochelle.

Pascocello is survived by her children, Robert (Joan) and William (Annette); five grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; and husband, Louis.

Calling hours are Friday, Sept. 26 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 27 at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Dobbs Ferry.
