MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. -- Elmer William “Billy” Welsh, of Mount Pleasant, died Sept. 18. He was 42.
He was predeceased by his mother, Josephine; and grandparents Frank and Eva Welsh, and Elmer Strickland.
Left to mourn is his soulmate Nicole Newell; father, William Welsh; brothers, James (Ashley) and Justin (Kristy); nephews, Denver and Memphis; and grandmother, Vera Strickland; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Visiting hours are from 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave.
A funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Friday at Barrett’s Funeral Chapel, with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery Columbarium.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Kids Eat Smart Foundation.
