VALHALLA, N.Y. Frank W. Arndt, a former Valhalla resident, died Aug. 19. He was 46.
He was born Aug. 23, 1965, in White Plains to Frank and Connie Castelli Arndt. Most recently a member of Middlehope Fire Department in Newburgh, Arndt was also a former member of the Pleasantville Fire Department and the Valhalla Ambulance Corps. He was a member of Local 445 Orange and Rockland Teamsters.
Arndt is survived by his parents, Frank and Connie, of Valhalla; his wife, Della Fiebiger Arndt, of Newburgh; two brothers, James Arndt, of White Plains and David Arndt, of Carmel, N.Y.; three nephews and six nieces.
Visiting hours are from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hawthorne Funeral Home. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Name of Jesus Church in Valhalla. Burial will follow at Kensico Cemetery in Valhalla.
