VALHALLA, N.Y. -- Linda Sliter, a longtime resident of Valhalla, died peacefully at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow on Sunday, April 19.
She was a past state officer in the Masonic Triangle and retired as a payroll clerk for the Valhalla schools.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Sliter; her sons, George and Andrew; a daughter-in-law, Elsa; three grandchildren, Christopher, Alexander and Victoria; a sister Ellen Basso; and a brother, Leslie.
Visiting hours will be Thursday, April 23, from 4-8 p.m. at the Beecher Flooks Funeral Home in Pleasantville.
A funeral service is set for 10 a.m Friday, April 24, at Beecher Flooks Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at Kensico Cemetery.
