Orlando was born March 16, 1970, at Women's Hospital in Manhattan to Milton Antonio and Mary Helen (Velez) Pagan. She graduated from Dominican Commercial High School in Queens in 1988. She held several positions of employment, but her most memorable ones were her management positions at Waldenbooks in Thornwood and Barnes & Noble in White Plains.
Orlando is survived by her husband, Peter; son, Christopher; sisters, Doris Vega, Elizabeth Pagan, Myrna Mateo, Laura Seda; brother, Milton Pagan; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; and first husband, Richard Reina.
