HAWTHORNE, N.Y. – Theresa M. Delemarre, of Hawthorne, died on Monday, May 18. She was 85.
Delemarre was born on Sept. 28, 1929 to Ross and Sophia (nee Yager) Watson in Liberty, and retired as an accounting clerk for Westchester County in White Plains.
Delemarre was predeceased by her parents, husband Edward Delemarre and her seven siblings.
She is survived by her children, Edward L. Delemarre III and his wife, Gayle of Lake Ariel, Pa, John R. Delemarre and his wife, Lea of Patterson, Betty Ann Logan and her husband, Henry of Kent Cliffs, and Jean M. Treco and her husband, Robert of Hawthorne; her sister Ann Gabrielson of Liberty; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be at Hawthorne Funeral Home on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m.
A funeral mass will be at Holy Rosary Church in Hawthorne on Friday at 11 a.m.
Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne.
