Westchester Native Vincent J. Campolong Dies At 49

Vincent J. Campolong, a Westchester native and a resident of Wappingers Falls, died unexpectedly on Thursday, Aug. 17. He was 49.

Born in White Plains on April 11, 1968, he was the son of Richard Campolong and the late Mary Anne (Ricci) Koury. A very talented carpenter, Vincent was employed as a Project Supervisor for B.R. Fries and Associates in Manhattan. He was a parishioner of St. Mary, Mother of the Church in Fishkill.

An avid fan of the New York Yankees, Giants and Rangers, he loved coaching and watching his children play sports.

In addition to his father, Vincent is survived by his wife, Tammy Seipp; his children, Vincent Jr., Alexandria, Chelsea and Tavin-Lynn; his stepson, Zachary; his grandmother, Edith Ricci; his brother, Rich Campolong, his wife Deb, and their children, Alyssa and Richard; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be on Thursday, Aug. 24 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, Aug. 25 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 103 Jackson Street, Fishkill. Private interment will be in St. Denis Cemetery.
