Daniel F. Gomez-Ayora, 31, was pulled over for multiple traffic violations. Subsequent investigation led troopers to believe Gomez-Ayora was intoxicated at the time, police said.

Gomez-Ayora refused to submit to a breath test after being taken in. He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated due to two previous DWI convictions in the last 10 years. He was remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail, police said.
