GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- The Westchester County District Attorney has charged a Greenburgh man with the Aug. 25 car shooting that left one man dead and another seriously injured in Yonkers.

A Yonkers police officer who was nearby reportedly raced to the location and discovered two men who had been shot sitting in the front seats of a Hyundai Sonata, the district attorney says.

Degree allegedly crept up behind the car occupied by the two victims and fired multiple shots at them, according to the district attorney.
