Caisy Frank, 34, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, a class “C” violent felony; one count of forgery in the second degree, a class “D” felony; and one count of identity theft in the third degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.
Westchester County Police began an investigation in March 2012 regarding multiple break-ins happening in public park and fitness club parking lots where credit cards, cash and computer equipment was stolen.
The Westchester County Police, along with the Mount Pleasant Police Department, the Yorktown Police Department, the Village of Mamaroneck Police Department and the Yonkers Police Department, with the assistance of witnesses and video surveillance, identified Frank as the offender.
Frank will be sentenced on Sept. 30 and faces a maximum of 15 years in state prison.
