MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. -- A 30-year-old Ossining man faces a DWI charge after state police stopped him on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Mount Pleasant early Sunday.
State police in Somers say Alberto Mosqueda was stopped on the parkway after he was observed "driving across hazardous markings and for having a brake light out" around 12:15 a.m.
A subsequent investigation showed Mosqueda had a blood-alcohol content level of .15 percent, police said.
Mosqueda was also charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving with a suspended driver's license, police said.
