HAWTHORNE, N.Y. -- New York State police charged an Ossining man with a felony DWI on Saturday.
Wilmar Ospina, 37, was found to have a blood-alcohol level of .15 percent, police said.
Ospina was pulled over around 2:30 a.m. after police received a report of a vehicle leaving the scene of an accident on the Sprain Brook Parkway heading northbound.
Ospina was charged with a felony DWI after police said he was found driving with an ID card that had been revoked from a previous DWI.
