VALHALLA, N.Y. -- A pedestrian suffered minor injuries after being struck by a car Tuesday at Westchester Community College, officials said.
College spokesperson Patrick Hennessey described the incident as "a minor accident, not a high-speed accident" and said the pedestrian was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
"Apparently, the individual suffered minor bruises and some scrapes," Hennessey said.
