MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. – A Peekskill man was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge in the town on Tuesday, according to New York State Police.
A state trooper from the Hawthorne barracks arrested Johnson Foy, Jr., 56, of Peekskill, at approximately 7:10 p.m. on July 24 following a traffic law stop for changing lanes unsafely on a stretch of the Sprain Brook Parkway in Mount Pleasant, police said.
Foy had a blood alcohol content of 0.11 percent, according to police. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He is due in Mount Pleasant Town Court on Aug. 9.
